What It’s Like Working With Us
At Caroline's Speech Retreat, we believe therapists grow best when they're supported, not left to figure it out alone.
Every month, we get together for a paid lunch meeting where we talk through our caseloads, swap ideas, and troubleshoot the tricky cases together. Got a client who isn't responding to your usual approach? Bring it to the team, and we will problem-solve it together.
We also believe in an open-door policy, with positive and consistent mentorship. As a new team member, you get an onboarding plan built around you, your career goals, strengths, and areas you want to grow.
