Insurance & Billing
Currently, we are in-network with Aetna and considered out-of-network for all other insurance providers. For clients who wish to use their out-of-network insurance benefits, we can provide a superbill for submission to your insurance for reimbursement.
Rates
Evaluations: $200-$300 (pricing depends on the type of evaluation or screening)
Therapy: $60 per 30-minute session
Step Up For Students
We are also proud to be a direct pay provider for the Step Up For Students Family Empowerment Scholarship!
This program helps families cover the cost of private services, including speech therapy, so children can get the support they need outside of school.

Frequently Asked Questions About Working with Caroline’s Speech Retreat

We are Aetna providers, and we accept Step Up For Students scholarships.

At Caroline’s Speech Retreat, your child’s therapy time is reserved just for them. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancelations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged the full session fee.

Your services will be billed to your credit card in the patient portal at midnight the night of your appointment.
